Rental, installation and maintenance of a tent for Luque’s 2026 Christmas festivities

Summary

The Municipality of Luque is procuring the rental, installation, maintenance and removal of one temporary tent for its municipal event venue during the 2026 Christmas festivities. The tent must be a certified, fire-resistant, opaque PVC structure with a modular metal frame, measuring 10 m wide by 35 m long, with 3 m side walls and an approximately 5 m ridge height. It will be installed in Plaza de España from 1 December 2026 to 4 January 2027; the contract is not divided into lots.
