Maintenance, conservation and repair services for Lugo municipal buildings

Summary

The Municipality of Lugo is procuring on-demand maintenance, conservation and repair works for its municipal buildings and other listed properties, including social and cultural facilities, offices, workshops, shelters and rural community premises. The work consists mainly of small, variable-scale interventions such as roof and drainage repairs, masonry and flooring work, metal and wood carpentry, glazing, painting, and repairs to furniture, blinds and signage. The contract is not divided into lots; its annual maximum budget is €200,000 including VAT, for an initial one-year term with up to two one-year extensions.
