Maintenance of installations at freight terminals in the Northeast logistics area

Summary

ADIF is procuring maintenance services for installations at 12 freight terminals for 24 months, with an option to extend by up to 12 months. The work includes preventive, statutory and operational maintenance, repairs on demand, and replacement materials for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, lifelines, access doors and fencing, vegetation clearance, and stairlifts. Lot 1 covers nine terminals in Catalonia, with a budget of €167,346.10 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers three terminals in Aragon, with a budget of €74,302 excluding VAT. The total tender budget is €241,648.10 excluding VAT.
