Security services for the Casa América building in Vigo

Summary

The Government Subdelegation in Pontevedra is procuring a comprehensive security service for the Casa América administrative building at Avenida Teófilo Llorente 4 in Vigo. The contract covers an unarmed security guard for six hours each working day (1,560 hours annually), preventive, technical and corrective maintenance of the intrusion, fire-alarm and CCTV systems, alarm connection and response, 24-hour/365-day key custody and call-out service, and an ADSL line. The initial term is 12 months, with an option to extend once for up to a further 12 months; the contract is not divided into lots.
