Observability Technical Office Service

Summary

EJIE is procuring professional services to establish and operate a central Observability Office for monitoring and observability across its systems, applications and digital services, including those of the organisations it serves. The service covers governance, coordination, operational and functional support, and the development of monitoring, event, log, trace and metric management, automation, reporting and continuous improvement capabilities. The initial environment includes 10,000 monitored nodes, 300,000 services, 15 integrated monitoring tools and 150 applications; volumes may change during the contract.
