Technical secretariat services for the Women's House in Vitoria-Gasteiz

Summary

Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council is procuring technical secretariat services for the Women's House project. The service covers opening and day-to-day operation of the House, reception and information for visitors, outreach and guided visits, coordination and support for activities and participation groups, management of spaces and resources, auxiliary childcare and sign-language interpretation, and project monitoring and evaluation. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with three possible annual extensions through 2030; it is not divided into lots.
