Renewal of Soffid PAM licences with support, maintenance and specialist assistance

Summary

Empresa Municipal Aguas de Málaga (EMASA) is procuring the two-year renewal of its on-premises Soffid Privileged Access Management (PAM) licences, including manufacturer support and maintenance. The supply covers 35 licences per year and a total of 300 hours of specialist technical assistance, 150 hours annually, for system optimisation and improvement. The assistance may include access-policy updates, proactive platform support, periodic review and tuning, and help with manufacturer support; hours will be used as needed by EMASA. The contract is not divided into lots.
