Structural rehabilitation of the Torre de s'Aigua water tower in Cala'n Blanes

Summary

The City Council of Ciutadella de Menorca is procuring the structural rehabilitation of the Torre de s'Aigua water tower in Cala'n Blanes as a single, undivided contract. Works include shoring and controlled demolition at the top of the tower, repair and reinforcement of the perimeter structure, reconstruction of the roof as an insulated, waterproofed walkable surface with a safety railing, facade rehabilitation, and cleaning and securing unused lower floors.
