Maintenance service and hours bank for the University of Zaragoza’s Enterprise Data Analytics tool

The University of Zaragoza is procuring two years of specialist support and corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance for its on-premise Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) platform. The contract also includes an annual bank of up to 100 hours for software development and adaptation, integrations with university systems, and technical consultancy, for up to 200 hours over the contract term.
