Production and coordination of the 2027 Three Kings Parade in Palma del Río

Summary

Palma del Río City Council is procuring a mixed service and supply contract to produce, manage and coordinate its Three Kings Parade on 5 January 2027. The single, undivided contract covers the design, construction, decoration, transport, assembly and dismantling of nine floats, including three royal floats, the Star of Illusion float and five themed floats, as well as lighting, sound, generators, technical support and parade coordination. It also includes parade supplies and accompanying services: 2,900 kg of individually wrapped gluten-free sweets, 1,000 inflated plastic balls, paper streamers and confetti, security staff, a medical ambulance, a horse-drawn carriage, nine towing vehicles, two bands, two illuminated walkabouts, and sound, lighting and DJ services. The parade route is in Palma del Río; the contract is scheduled to run from 2 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. The estimated value is €73,933.88 excluding VAT (€89,460.00 including VAT).
