Road safety and traffic management improvements using a beacon system on the EX-A1 motorway, Cáceres

The Directorate General of Traffic is procuring works to improve road safety and traffic management on the EX-A1 motorway near Galisteo, Cáceres, between kilometre points 57 and 65. The project includes installing intelligent vertical beacons on the right-hand shoulder, spaced at 75-metre intervals, and remotely controlled horizontal beacons to guide drivers and provide real-time traffic information in adverse weather. The single-lot contract runs for 12 months; its estimated value is €2,272,697.26 excluding VAT.
