Urbanisation of the El Valle Radial Boulevard in Torrelavega (PK 0+000–PK 0+290)

Summary

Torrelavega City Council is procuring the completion of approximately 300 metres of the El Valle Radial Boulevard, from PK 0+000 to PK 0+290, as a single, undivided works contract. The project includes a 32-metre-wide road with pavements, planted areas, parking and a cycle track; two structures over the Sorravides stream and channel works; water, stormwater and sewer networks, including collector renewal; LED street lighting, signs, street furniture, a children’s play area and planting. The estimated contract value is €3,317,472.90 excluding VAT (€4,014,142.21 including VAT), and the works are scheduled to take 12 months.
