Technical assistance for developing and implementing the communication plan for the MASDUNAS III project (2026–2029)

Summary

Gesplan is procuring a single, non-lotted technical assistance service for the MASDUNAS III project in Gran Canaria, covering preparation and implementation of its 2026–2029 communication plan. The work includes the plan and an operational guide, 14 main-website news items, 14 works-diary entries, 8 secondary-website items, 28 social-media graphics or editorial pieces, 4 short videos (15–45 seconds), 3 longer videos (at least 90 seconds), 7 field photo/video sessions of up to two hours, and four communication campaigns—two for tourism-sector audiences and visitors and two for other target groups. Follow-up reports, annual results reports and a consolidated final report are also included. The maximum budget is €49,969 including 7% IGIC.
