Infrastructure for the 2027 Student Fair and Ferisport at the University of Seville

Summary

The University of Seville is procuring the rented infrastructure and related services for its 2027 Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Fair and Ferisport, held from 5 to 10 April at the Los Bermejales sports campus. The single, undivided contract covers preparing and protecting the 1,995 m² exhibition area and installing, maintaining and dismantling stands, furniture, electrical connections, audiovisual equipment, graphics, signs and safety equipment. The stand provision includes 25 stands of 16 m², 15 stands of 6 m², three circular stands divided into sectors and one stand of 12 m². The works run from 29 March to 14 April 2027; the contract may be extended for 2028 and 2029. Three affiliated centres arrange and pay for their own stands separately, outside this contract.
