Structural repair works at the Santoña Early Childhood Care Centre

Summary

The Instituto Cántabro de Servicios Sociales is procuring works to repair and strengthen the structure of the Early Childhood Care Centre (CAPI) at Juan de la Cosa 22 in Santoña. The works include repairs to pillars, floor structures and walls in the basement and ground floor, refurbishment of former coal stores, replacement of the kitchen floor and water pipes, and renewal of basement electrical, lighting and ventilation systems. The works are not divided into lots, have a four-month term and a total budget of €124,363.06 including VAT.
