Version upgrades and technical support for Micro Focus and OpenText software (two lots)

Summary

Sociedad Estatal Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (SELAE) is procuring software version upgrades and associated technical support in two lots: Micro Focus software in Lot 1 and OpenText software in Lot 2. The supply covers the listed software licences and products, including patches, improvements and new versions, from 1 January 2027 (or the date specified in the contract) through 31 December 2028; one Lot 1 item starts on 9 March 2028. Support includes assistance with software incidents and extended support if a licence version becomes obsolete or loses manufacturer support during the contract.
