Construction of two pickleball courts and occupational health and safety coordination

Summary

The Municipality of Rivas-Vaciamadrid is procuring two lots: construction of two pickleball courts at the Cerro del Telégrafo Municipal Sports Centre, and a separate occupational health and safety coordination service for the works. The construction covers approximately 527 m², including ground preparation, paving, lighting, a resin sports surface, sports equipment and perimeter safety areas. The works are scheduled for eight weeks; the coordination service is linked to the works and is also planned for eight weeks. The total budget is €55,000 including VAT: €53,500 for Lot 1 and €1,500 for Lot 2.
