Support for the 2026 year-end accounting close and evolution of Sareb’s asset valuation application

Summary

Sareb is procuring a nine-month service to support its 2026 year-end accounting close and evolve the Orquestador asset-valuation application used to value its financial and real-estate portfolios under Banco de España Circular 5/2015. The work includes updating valuation logic, adding a breakdown of impairment by value component, improving data and parameter handling, and delivering analysis, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training where needed, post-implementation support and handover to maintenance.
