Refurbishment and extension of the Racó de Sant Llorens auxiliary health centre and continuous care point

Summary

The Municipality of Alboraya is procuring the integrated refurbishment and extension of the Racó de Sant Llorens auxiliary health centre and continuous care point (PAC). The works will improve and expand clinical and paediatric consultation rooms, waiting areas, staff facilities, toilets, storage and ventilation so the centre can continue providing healthcare during construction. The contract is not divided into lots, has a six-month execution period and a budget of €495,040 excluding VAT (€598,998.40 including VAT).
