Palau de Congressos de Palma is procuring, in three lots, the design and repair of roof leaks and waterproofing at its congress centre, construction supervision, and health and safety coordination during design and construction. The works cover six interventions: improving roof access for inspection and maintenance; waterproofing the south-side channel, roof drains and joints around smoke vents; waterproofing the curtain-wall canopy and related junctions; and repairing waterproofing in the curtain-wall bays. The total estimated tender budget is €743,125.04 excluding VAT (€899,181.30 including VAT).
