Integrated printing service for Consorci Sanitari Integral

Summary

Consorci Sanitari Integral is procuring an integrated print, copy and scanning service for all its centres under a single lot. The service includes 808 devices: 672 A4 monochrome printers, 20 A4 colour printers, 41 A3 colour multifunction devices, 63 A4 monochrome multifunction devices and 12 A4 colour multifunction devices, together with management software, integrations, monitoring, maintenance, consumables and removal of obsolete equipment. Estimated 2025 volumes were 11,379,234 monochrome A4 copies and 200,329 colour A4 copies; there is no guaranteed minimum, and service use is adjusted to actual consumption.
