Food waste collection and safe reuse service for Eibar schools and the Egogain centre

Summary

The Eibar City Council is procuring a 12-month service, from 1 January to 31 December 2027, to collect, package, transport and make food waste from school dining halls and the Egogain centre safely available for reuse. The scope includes equipment for processing and distributing the food, consumables, vending machines and their maintenance, management software, training and technical support. The estimated annual requirement is 28,593 containers; the service also covers three vending machines and related reporting and awareness materials.
