Technical assistance for the Llobregat Invest investment attraction and retention project

Summary

The Consell Comarcal del Baix Llobregat is procuring 12 months of specialist technical assistance to develop its Llobregat Invest project across all 30 municipalities. The work includes an economic intelligence system, an investment and territorial value laboratory, business aftercare, investment prospecting and promotion, a strategic projects office, municipal coordination and training, and impact monitoring. Deliverables include territorial and sectoral dossiers, investment materials, business reports, a mobility study for economic activity areas, and periodic and final impact reports.
