Telecommunications Systems Maintenance Service for the Tarragona Water Consortium (CAT)

Summary

The Consorci d’Aigües de Tarragona (CAT) is procuring an integrated audit, maintenance and technical support service for its telecommunications systems, with no division into lots. The scope covers digital telecontrol radio, broadband IP networks, radio links, fibre-optic links, industrial Ethernet switching, process cameras, dedicated power supplies and associated support infrastructure. Services include an initial audit, at least three preventive-maintenance campaigns per year, 24/7 incident response, corrective repairs, system documentation and inventory updates, plus authorised on-demand work and related materials and equipment. The initial two-year contract has a maximum budget of €304,000 excluding VAT, including a variable-work allowance of up to €92,000 with no minimum-consumption commitment.
