One Identity Platform

Summary

Izfe is procuring licences for its existing One Identity identity management platform, including associated support and maintenance, and services to upgrade and migrate the platform. The contract also covers one month of post-migration hypercare and, for six months, specialised first-line support, manufacturer-support incident management, and development of enhancements, corrections and new functionality. The procurement is not divided into lots; its estimated value is €85,000 excluding VAT (€102,850 including VAT).
