Phase I adaptation works at Casa del Mar for social services offices in l’Escala

Summary

The Municipality of l’Escala is procuring Phase I works to adapt the Casa del Mar building for municipal social services offices. The works include preparatory work and demolition, the lift shaft, the building envelope and external finishes, fixed internal partitions and related finishes, plumbing, drainage and electrical installations, as well as data, telecommunications, access control, climate control and ventilation systems. The contract is not divided into lots, has a four-month execution period and a budget of €482,917.82 excluding VAT.
