Management and delivery of cultural and sports trips for Alcorcón

Summary

The Municipality of Alcorcón is procuring the organisation and delivery of two youth trips in 2027: a weekend skiing or snowboarding trip to Formigal or Astún, and a cultural trip over the May holiday to Granada or Bilbao. Each lot provides for up to 50 participants, with a minimum of 30. The service includes return transport from Alcorcón, accommodation, specified breakfasts, accompanying staff and, as applicable, ski passes and equipment and lessons or guided cultural visits. The total budget is €43,250 including VAT; the municipality funds 20% and participants fund 80%.
