Garden and Indoor Plant Maintenance at the Inmaculada Military Establishment

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring maintenance of the outdoor gardens, perimeter hedges and existing trees (including fruit trees), and indoor ornamental plants at the Inmaculada Military Establishment in Madrid. The work includes routine gardening, pruning, irrigation checks, plant care and removal of green waste; major garden changes and technical repairs to the automated irrigation system are excluded. The contract covers 416 hours for the year from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027, with an option for a further year of 416 hours. The tender is not divided into lots.
