Comprehensive maintenance of Correos Express buildings and installations

Summary

Correos Express is procuring comprehensive maintenance of the fixed installations in its owned and rented buildings and premises, including planned maintenance, on-demand repairs and improvement works. The contract is divided into two geographic lots: Lot 1 covers the north of Spain, and Lot 2 covers the central, southeastern and southern areas. The total tender budget is €3,205,223.60 including VAT; the initial term is 24 months, with up to two 12-month extensions.
