Repair, maintenance, recovery and interior rehabilitation of PROCASA-managed homes

Summary

PROCASA is procuring ongoing repair, maintenance and conservation services for more than 2,000 homes and buildings it owns or manages in Cádiz, together with works and supplies needed to restore recovered homes for new occupants, improve interior accessibility, protect vacant properties from unauthorised access, clear and transport belongings, carry out works on plots, and supply construction materials and accessories. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers homes in the Historic Centre, Puntales, parts of Cerro del Moro and specified streets and addresses; Lot 2 covers homes in Extramuros (Puertas de Tierra) not included in Lot 1. The estimated annual budget is €820,298.14 excluding VAT per lot; the initial term is one year, with up to four annual extensions, except for the interior rehabilitation works, which are not extendable.
