Advanced Cyber Threat Protection, Detection and Response Solution Service

Summary

The Municipality of Rivas-Vaciamadrid is procuring a four-year renewal and operation of an endpoint detection and response (EDR) cybersecurity service for approximately 1,250 computers and 150 servers. The single, non-lotted contract includes subscription licences, implementation and integration, central monitoring, technical support, updates and training; the EDR service is to complement the municipality’s existing antivirus protection. The maximum contract price is €200,000 excluding VAT (€242,000 including VAT).
