Implementation and maintenance of an electronic administration platform

Summary

El Justicia de Aragón is procuring the implementation, configuration, launch and maintenance of a software-as-a-service electronic administration platform for its administrative casework; citizen complaints and supervisory cases are excluded. The platform is intended for up to 20 users and 500 administrative files per year and includes electronic case and document management, a public electronic office and general register, digital signatures, integrations with public-sector services, training, support and maintenance. The contract is for two years, with an option to extend it by up to one year; there are no lots.
