Subscription and implementation of a municipal electronic-processing platform

Summary

Olèrdola City Council is procuring a SaaS municipal electronic-processing platform for an initial two-year term, with two possible one-year extensions. The single, non-lotted service includes a native iOS and Android app, a web version, a dedicated municipal database, implementation and integration with municipal systems and Catalonia’s AOC services, as well as hosting, maintenance, support and ongoing development. The platform will support municipal procedures and related functions such as electronic identification and signatures, payments, notifications and communications; the service also includes 30 annual hours for configuration, development and assistance.
