Summary

The Municipal Sports Foundation of Valencia is procuring comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance, repair and conservation services for its infrastructure, buildings and facilities, together with support for its activities. The work may include minor construction works where needed and covers interdependent systems such as electrical, climate control, plumbing, water treatment, flooring and sports equipment. The contract is not divided into lots, runs for two years with up to three one-year extensions, and has a maximum budget of €3,059,998.04 including VAT.
