External refurbishment of the Duna building in Santander

Summary

The City Council of Santander is procuring works to restore the exterior of the Duna building on the Gamazo breakwater, including replacement and repair of deteriorated exterior paving and synthetic-wood cladding, and repairs to stairs, ramps, stands, parapets and lighting. The works also include new safety railings in exposed areas. The single contract has no lots, a budget of EUR 924,225.55 including VAT, and a six-month execution period.
