Preparation of the execution design for urban maintenance and improvement works in Los Moralejos

Summary

Cuenca City Council is procuring the preparation of a complete execution design for maintenance and improvement works in the Los Moralejos neighbourhood. The project covers two sections of Ciudad de Paju Street, the connecting stairs to Cuatro Caminos, and Marcelino Menéndez Pelayo Square; it includes surveys, technical studies, calculations, coordination, plans, measurements and a works budget. The street sections and stairs are to be addressed comprehensively, while the square is to receive selective repairs and replacement of damaged elements. The service is not divided into lots and the design is due within two months of contract formalisation.
