Maintenance of the Natural Gas Installations at the Provincial Home and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre

The Provincial Council of Alicante is procuring preventive, statutory and operational maintenance of the natural-gas receiving installations at the Provincial Home in Alicante and the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre in Sant Joan d’Alacant. The scope includes annual in-depth inspections and monthly supervision at the Provincial Home, an annual inspection at the rehabilitation centre, and ongoing fault response, system monitoring and cleaning of technical rooms. Urgent faults require attendance within 2 hours and non-urgent faults must be resolved within 72 hours; repairs and regulatory modifications are separately quoted for approval. The contract is a single, un-lotted service for one year, with up to three one-year extensions.
