Maintenance of climate-control and refrigeration installations at the Cartagena Port Authority

Summary

The Cartagena Port Authority is procuring maintenance of its climate-control and refrigeration installations in two lots: Lot 1 covers climate-control systems and Lot 2 refrigeration systems. Both lots include preventive and corrective maintenance and related GIS/BIM asset modelling and digitisation at the Authority’s buildings, access-control cabins, lighthouse residences and other premises. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three 12-month extensions; the first-year budget is €483,784.69 including VAT (€440,426.20 for Lot 1 and €43,358.48 for Lot 2).
