Supply, management and maintenance of Menorca Island Council’s multifunction printer fleet

Summary

The Consell Insular de Menorca is procuring a five-year mixed supply and maintenance contract for its multifunction printer fleet, divided into five lots. Lots 1–2 cover installation and maintenance as well as up to nine new colour A3 devices (initial order of six) and one high-capacity black-and-white A3 device; lots 3–5 cover maintenance of existing Canon and Xerox devices, initially 24, five and three machines respectively. The maximum budget for all lots is €259,804.29 including VAT.
