Construction of two urban community gardens near Hoyo de las Tres Marías Street, Almería

Summary

Almería City Council is procuring works to create two accessible urban community gardens on a municipal plot of approximately 2,725 m² near Hoyo de las Tres Marías Street, for use by neighbourhood associations. The works include site clearance and earthworks, access roads and paths, water, drainage and electrical networks, paving, accessible planting beds, drip irrigation, a tool-and-services hut for each garden, fencing, security features and landscaping. The planned execution period is three months; the total budget is €300,000 including VAT. There are no lots.
