Las Flores Neighbourhood Redevelopment Works – Phase I

Summary

The Municipal Urban Planning, Works and Infrastructure Agency of Málaga is procuring Phase I of the comprehensive redevelopment of the Las Flores neighbourhood. Works cover two street corridors and adjoining streets, including accessible pedestrian routes and ramps, new paving, renewed sewerage, stormwater and water-supply networks, adjustments to utility networks, automated drip irrigation, new landscaping and trees, signage and street furniture. The contract is not divided into lots, has a six-month implementation period and a maximum tender budget of €1,224,829 including VAT.
