Framework agreement for works to install semi-underground waste containers in Torrejón de Ardoz

Summary

Torrejón de Ardoz City Council is procuring a single-operator framework agreement, without lots, for the supply and installation of semi-underground waste containers in public spaces, including associated civil works, adjustments to existing installations and protection or reinstatement of affected services. The work will be commissioned through project-specific contracts in areas including Aldovea, Los Valles, Soto Norte and other renewal locations. The maximum budget is €2,000,000 including VAT for 2026–2029; ordinary container maintenance is excluded.
