Construction of the City of Culture underground car park in Pizarra – Phase I

Summary

Pizarra Town Council is procuring the first-phase construction of an underground car park at Plaza de la Concordia 2, Pizarra. The 2,817.55 m² facility will provide 87 spaces—82 for cars and 5 for motorcycles—and include access ramps, pedestrian exits, internal roadways, the structure, enclosures, waterproofing and the planned installations. The contract is not divided into lots and has a 15-month execution period.
