Construction of a Gym at the Las Chinas Recreational Area in Abrucena

Summary

Abrucena municipality is procuring construction of a new gym and martial-arts training facility at the Las Chinas recreational area, using the existing swimming-pool building’s changing rooms, toilets and services for access and shared facilities. The works include preliminary works and excavation, demolition, foundations, structures, masonry, joinery and building systems, including electrical, telecommunications, fire protection, climate control, ventilation, plumbing and drainage.
