Pixel & Tauler Video Game Event Delivery and Facilitation Service

Summary

Esparreguera City Council is procuring the delivery and facilitation of its Pixel & Tauler Christmas video game event for young people in December 2026. The service covers six gaming areas—console gaming, computers, Nintendo, driving simulation, virtual reality and dance—and two tournaments for 20–32 participants each, including equipment, technical and animation staff, transport, setup and trophies. The event is a single, coordinated contract with no lots; the initial contract term is one year, with an option to extend for one year.
