Services to adapt the construction design for the comprehensive refurbishment of La Serna station and the urban underpass

Summary

ADIF is procuring consultancy and design services to adapt the construction project for the comprehensive refurbishment of La Serna station and the urban underpass in Fuenlabrada, Madrid. Stage 1 covers an alternatives study, preliminary design and construction designs for improved station accessibility and refurbishment, including passenger buildings, platforms and a new passage between platforms, as well as a separate road-and-pedestrian urban underpass and improvements to the surrounding area. Stage 2 provides, as needed, technical reports, administrative support, site visits and clarifications concerning the designs. The contract runs for 30 months (18 months for Stage 1 and 12 months for Stage 2), has a tender budget of €1,198,576.85 excluding VAT, and is not divided into lots.
