Investment supervision for the creation of a village park and related works

Summary

The Municipality of Leśna Podlaska is procuring investment supervision for a project to create a village park and strengthen local tourism. Lot 1 covers the tourist development of a historic park and a pedestrian and cycle path; Lot 2 covers a car park next to the park and associated infrastructure. Supervision spans architectural, structural and building, road, electrical, dendrological and green-space works. The construction works are expected to reach final acceptance by 30 November 2027, with supervision also required during the contractor’s warranty period of up to five years.
