Supply, deployment and maintenance of an integrated human resources and payroll platform

Summary

The Autonomous Organisation for Tax Services of Ceuta (OASTCE) is procuring the supply, deployment and maintenance of an integrated human resources and payroll platform for up to 80 employees and approximately four administrators. The contract covers implementation and migration of historical data, personnel and payroll administration, social security and tax management, staff scheduling and attendance, an employee portal, training, technical support, backups and system integrations. The initial term is four years, with an option for a one-year extension; an annual allowance of 10 hours for additional development is also included.
