Design, installation and dismantling of the outdoor Nativity scene in Soria’s Plaza Mayor

The City of Soria is procuring the design, preparation, installation, maintenance and dismantling of an outdoor traditional Nativity scene in Plaza Mayor for the 2026/2027 Christmas season, with an option to extend for the 2027/2028 season. The contract includes the required decorative materials and equipment, lighting and sound, upkeep and replacement of decorative elements, waste management, and decoration of the Three Kings’ reception on 5 January 2027. The maximum annual budget is €56,579.60 including VAT; the estimated total value including the possible extension is €93,520 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
