Summary

Mutua Universal is procuring a 12-month service to maintain the software licences used by its electronic procurement platform, provide functional technical support and carry out evolutionary maintenance. The undivided contract covers licence maintenance, up to 200 Premium Support cases and 100 hours of evolutionary maintenance. The maximum budget is €70,200 excluding VAT (€84,942 including VAT).
